Logitech Rally Bar & Meeting Room Solutions
Gibb Technology designs, supplies, installs and supports professional Logitech meeting room solutions across the UK, Ireland and EMEA.
From huddle rooms and small collaboration spaces to larger meeting rooms and boardrooms, GT can design Logitech environments around Rally Bar Huddle, Rally Bar Mini, Rally Bar, Rally Board 65, MeetUp 2, Logitech Sight and Tap room controllers.
Logitech meeting room systems can support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet and BYOD, depending on the selected hardware and deployment architecture.
GT considers the complete room rather than specifying hardware in isolation. Camera positioning, microphone coverage, acoustics, display size, room layout, cabling, network requirements and the collaboration platform are all considered before the final Logitech solution is selected.
Which Logitech Meeting Room Solution Is Right for Your Room?

Logitech MeetUp 2
Logitech MeetUp 2 is designed for huddle and small meeting rooms using USB-based video conferencing.
It can connect to a dedicated meeting-room computer or directly to a user's laptop for BYOD meetings, making it particularly useful where an organisation does not require an Android appliance running the meeting application directly on the video bar.
MeetUp 2 incorporates intelligent video and audio features including Logitech RightSight 2 and RightSound 2, bringing many of the capabilities associated with larger Logitech systems into smaller USB-based rooms.
For BYOD spaces, the connection between the meeting table and MeetUp 2 should still be designed properly. Cable distance, USB performance, laptop compatibility, display connectivity and user charging all need to be considered rather than leaving a collection of loose cables beside the display.
Logitech Rally Bar Huddle
Logitech Rally Bar Huddle is an all-in-one video bar for huddle rooms and smaller meeting spaces.
Unlike MeetUp 2, Rally Bar Huddle incorporates Logitech CollabOS and can support compatible appliance-based room deployments as well as room-computer and BYOD configurations.
This makes Rally Bar Huddle particularly useful where an organisation wants to standardise dedicated small Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or Google Meet spaces while retaining flexibility over the room architecture.
Camera, microphone and loudspeaker technology are integrated into a compact unit, reducing the number of separate AV components required at the front of the room.
Logitech Rally Bar Mini
Logitech Rally Bar Mini is designed for small and medium meeting rooms where greater camera and microphone coverage is required than in a typical huddle room.
It combines the camera, microphones, loudspeakers and Logitech CollabOS platform within one all-in-one video bar and can support compatible appliance-based, computer-based and BYOD deployments.
Rally Bar Mini can also be expanded with Rally Mic Pods where participants sit further from the front of the room or where the table layout requires additional microphone pickup.
It can be paired with Logitech Sight in supported configurations to provide an additional centre-of-table camera perspective alongside the front-of-room view.
Logitech Rally Bar
Logitech Rally Bar is designed for medium and larger meeting rooms where greater camera reach, audio coverage and installation flexibility are required.
Its motorised PTZ camera provides significantly more reach than the smaller Rally Bar family products, helping frame participants seated further from the front of the room.
The integrated microphones provide the starting point for room audio, while Rally Mic Pods can extend microphone pickup along larger meeting tables where required.
Rally Bar can operate as a supported CollabOS meeting-room appliance, connect to a dedicated room computer or provide a BYOD route for meetings launched from a user's laptop.
It can also work with Logitech Sight in supported configurations to combine front-of-room and centre-of-table camera perspectives.
When Is Rally Bar the Right Choice?
Rally Bar is a strong option where a room remains suitable for an all-in-one front-of-room system but requires greater camera reach than Rally Bar Mini.
Typical examples include conventional boardrooms, medium and larger meeting rooms and spaces with longer tables where participants sit several metres from the display.
However, a larger room does not automatically mean that adding more Rally Mic Pods to a Rally Bar is the correct solution.
A long boardroom, challenging acoustic environment, divisible space, training room or room requiring several camera angles may perform better with modular cameras, professional microphones, DSP and distributed loudspeakers.
GT will determine where the practical limit of an all-in-one video bar has been reached and recommend a modular AV design where it will produce a better result.
Not sure which Logitech Rally Bar fits your room?
Send GT the room dimensions, table layout, number of seats and preferred collaboration platform.
We can review the requirement and determine whether MeetUp 2, Rally Bar Huddle, Rally Bar Mini, Rally Bar, Rally Board 65 or a modular Logitech solution provides the better starting point.
Logitech Meeting Rooms for Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Google Meet
Logitech room systems can be configured around Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Google Meet, depending on the selected hardware, operating mode and current platform certification.
The chosen platform determines the room interface, licence requirements, available intelligent-camera features, management tools and the way third-party meetings are joined.
GT therefore confirms the collaboration platform before fixing the room architecture.
Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms
For organisations standardised on Microsoft Teams, Logitech supports both Android appliance-based and Windows computer-based Microsoft Teams Rooms.
A compatible Rally Bar family device can run Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android using its integrated CollabOS platform. Logitech Tap IP can then provide room control from the meeting table.
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows uses a dedicated certified Windows room computer with the appropriate Logitech controller, camera and audio hardware forming part of the room system.
The two architectures can look very similar to the person entering the meeting room, but the underlying technology is different.
Peripheral support, Microsoft functionality, room complexity, support model and wider company standards should therefore be considered before choosing between Android and Windows.
GT can design individual Teams Rooms or develop repeatable Logitech room standards for deployment across multiple offices.
Logitech Zoom Rooms
Compatible Logitech CollabOS devices can run Zoom Rooms as dedicated appliances without requiring a separate room computer.
Logitech cameras, microphones and controllers can also form part of computer-based Zoom Rooms where the room or organisation requires a different architecture.
This gives organisations considerable flexibility when using Logitech hardware with Zoom.
GT can integrate the complete Zoom Room including displays, cameras, microphones, loudspeakers, room controller, content sharing, network connectivity and BYOD.
Where users regularly receive invitations from Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex or other platforms, GT can also include an appropriate guest-join or BYOD workflow rather than forcing the room to operate only on Zoom.
Logitech Google Meet Rooms
Logitech provides supported hardware configurations for Google Meet.
Depending on the selected solution, Logitech cameras, video bars, controllers and compute can form part of an Android or computer-based Google Meet room.
Device certification and available functionality can change over time, so GT confirms current Logitech and Google compatibility before the system is specified.
The room is then designed around the required user experience, display configuration, content sharing, camera coverage, audio and infrastructure rather than simply purchasing a pre-defined bundle.
Joining Meetings on Other Platforms
Even where an organisation standardises on one collaboration platform, customers and partners may send invitations from another.
Supported interoperability methods can allow a native meeting room to join selected third-party meetings, but the experience and available functionality may differ from a meeting running on the room's native platform.
Where users require greater flexibility, BYOD provides another route.
The user's laptop runs Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex or another application while using the professional Logitech camera, microphones, loudspeakers and meeting room display.
This can be especially valuable in customer-facing meeting rooms where the organisation cannot control which conferencing platform a visitor or external company uses.
Appliance Mode, Room Computer or BYOD?
Logitech meeting room hardware can be deployed in several different ways.
The correct choice depends on the collaboration platform, required features, IT strategy, room complexity and the level of flexibility users need.
Appliance Mode with Logitech CollabOS
In appliance mode, a compatible Logitech device runs the supported meeting-room application without requiring a separate Windows or macOS computer.
Products such as Rally Bar Huddle, Rally Bar Mini and Rally Bar can therefore form the core of a dedicated room with fewer separate components.
This can provide a clean and repeatable architecture for organisations standardising meeting rooms across several offices.
Logitech Tap IP can provide network-connected room control, while Logitech Sync and the collaboration platform's own administration environment can support ongoing device management.
Computer-Based Logitech Meeting Rooms
A dedicated Windows, macOS or ChromeOS room computer may be required by the collaboration platform or preferred because the room needs a broader choice of peripherals and integrations.
In a computer-based room, the compute, operating system, Logitech camera, audio devices, room controller and AV cabling must operate as one complete system.
Physical access for maintenance also matters.
GT considers where the room computer will be installed, how USB and video signals will reach it, how it will connect to the network and how an engineer can access the equipment later without dismantling the room.
BYOD & BYOM Meeting Rooms
BYOD allows users to connect their laptop and run the meeting themselves.
Instead of relying on the laptop's webcam, microphones and small loudspeakers, the computer uses the room's professional Logitech camera, audio system and displays.
BYOD can be the primary operating mode of a room or a secondary option alongside a native Teams, Zoom or Google Meet system.
GT designs the connection around cable distance, USB bandwidth, content resolution, laptop charging and compatibility with the mix of Windows and macOS devices used by employees and visitors.
Logitech Tap IP vs Logitech Tap – Which Room Controller Do You Need?
Logitech Tap IP and Logitech Tap look similar and both provide a familiar touchscreen interface for controlling a meeting room, but the infrastructure behind them is different.
Choosing between them should therefore be based on the meeting platform and room-compute architecture rather than appearance.
Logitech Tap IP – Network-Connected Room Control
Logitech Tap IP is a network-connected room controller.
Power and data can be delivered using Power over Ethernet, allowing a single network cable to be installed at the controller position in compatible room architectures.
Tap IP is particularly well suited to supported appliance-based rooms using products such as Rally Bar Huddle, Rally Bar Mini and Rally Bar.
For example, a compatible Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android installation can use the Rally Bar to run the meeting-room application while Tap IP provides the user interface on the table.
Because the controller communicates over the network rather than requiring a direct USB connection to a room computer, Tap IP can simplify cabling between the table and front of room.
The network still needs to be planned properly, including Ethernet connectivity, PoE capacity and access to the services required by the collaboration platform.
Logitech Tap – USB-Connected Room Control
Logitech Tap is a USB-connected room controller commonly used with dedicated room computers.
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows is an important example. A certified Windows meeting-room computer runs Microsoft Teams Rooms while Tap connects to the room system as the user controller.
Appropriate Logitech cabling can allow Tap to be positioned on the meeting table while the room computer remains securely mounted elsewhere.
Tap can also provide wired content ingest in supported configurations.
Although Tap is strongly associated with Windows-based rooms, the exact controller should always be confirmed against the selected platform and room architecture.
Tap IP or Tap for Microsoft Teams Rooms?
For Microsoft Teams Rooms, the distinction is particularly straightforward.
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android:
A compatible Logitech appliance runs the room application and Tap IP is commonly used as the network-connected room controller.
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows:
A dedicated Windows room computer runs Microsoft Teams Rooms and Logitech Tap is commonly used as the connected controller.
The Android-versus-Windows decision should therefore come before the Tap-versus-Tap-IP decision.
Tap IP or Tap for Zoom Rooms?
Zoom Rooms offers greater flexibility because Logitech supports several appliance and computer-based configurations.
A Zoom Room using a compatible Logitech appliance can use Tap IP, giving the room a simple network-connected controller with a single PoE connection.
However, Logitech also supports Tap IP with selected Zoom Rooms for PC and Mac configurations, while the USB-connected Logitech Tap can be used with supported Zoom Rooms appliance and PC systems.
For this reason, GT does not specify a controller for a Zoom Room based solely on whether the room contains a video bar or computer. We first confirm the Zoom Rooms architecture, room hardware, content-sharing requirements and infrastructure before selecting the appropriate controller.
The Practical Difference
The easiest way to understand the two products is to think about how they communicate with the meeting room system.
Logitech Tap IP communicates over the network.
It is powered using PoE and can often provide a very clean installation with a single network cable at the table.
Logitech Tap connects into the room system as a USB-based controller.
It is particularly important for computer-based architectures such as Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and can also support wired HDMI content ingest in compatible configurations.
The user experience can look very similar, but the infrastructure behind the controller is different.
Table, Riser or Wall Mounting
Both Logitech Tap IP and Logitech Tap can be installed using compatible table, riser or wall mounting options.
A table mount can provide a low-profile installation and secure the controller to the meeting-room furniture. A riser mount increases the viewing angle and can make the controller easier to see across a larger table, while wall mounting can be useful in small meeting rooms or spaces where keeping the table clear is important.
GT considers the controller position as part of the complete meeting-room design, including accessibility, viewing angle, cable routing, cable retention, user reach and future service access.
The objective is not simply to install a touchscreen on the table. It is to ensure that the Logitech meeting room remains intuitive for users and straightforward for IT and AV teams to support.
Logitech Camera Intelligence & Meeting Equity
The purpose of an intelligent camera is not simply to move or zoom. It should help remote participants understand who is in the room, who is speaking and how people are responding.
Compatible Logitech systems use RightSight technology to identify and frame participants.
Depending on the product, meeting platform and configuration, available views can include a full group frame, an active-speaker view and Grid View, which presents individual in-room participants in separate tiles.
Camera Zone can help an administrator define the intended framing area. This can be particularly useful in glass meeting rooms where movement outside the room might otherwise attract the camera.
These features perform best when camera height, distance, lighting and seating positions have been planned for the room.
GT considers intelligent-camera behaviour during design and commissioning instead of relying entirely on default settings.
Logitech Sight Centre-of-Table Camera
Logitech Sight is a companion camera that works with a compatible front-of-room camera to add a centre-of-table perspective.
Its 315-degree field of view uses video and AI to detect and frame participants around the table. Integrated microphones help detect active speakers and capture audio closer to the conversation.
In a compatible environment, the meeting platform combines the tabletop and front-of-room views to help remote participants see faces that may be turned away from the main camera.
Sight is designed for medium and larger collaboration spaces and must be positioned around the table layout, seating and cable routes.
It is not a standalone replacement for the front-of-room camera.
Logitech Rally AI Camera & Rally AI Camera Pro
Some large meeting rooms, boardrooms, training environments and multi-purpose spaces need more camera flexibility than an all-in-one video bar can provide.
Logitech's Rally AI Camera family introduces modular intelligent-camera options for these more demanding spaces.
Rally AI Camera provides a discreet intelligent camera approach, while Rally AI Camera Pro is designed for larger and more complex meeting environments where greater optical reach and PTZ flexibility are required.
The Pro model combines intelligent RightSight 2 framing with a dual-lens camera architecture and substantial optical reach, making it particularly relevant to long boardrooms, training rooms and other spaces where participants may be significantly further from the camera.
A modular camera also gives the AV designer more freedom over camera position, professional microphone selection, DSP, loudspeaker distribution and integration with other AV systems.
GT will confirm current availability, meeting-platform certification and supported features when designing a system around the Rally AI Camera family.
Logitech Meeting Room Audio That Covers the Whole Table
Clear speech is one of the most important parts of any video meeting.
A high-resolution camera cannot compensate for participants who are difficult for the far end to hear.
Logitech Rally Bar family products use beamforming microphones and digital audio processing to capture speech and reduce unwanted room noise.
Rally Bar Mini and Rally Bar can also use additional Rally Mic Pods where microphone pickup needs to extend further along the meeting table.
Logitech Rally Mic Pods
Rally Mic Pods can increase microphone coverage and place mute controls closer to participants.
They are particularly useful where a Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini is otherwise suitable for the room but the meeting table extends beyond the most effective pickup area of the microphones built into the video bar.
The microphone layout should still be planned.
Simply adding the maximum possible number of microphones does not automatically produce better audio.
GT considers participant positions, table size, cable routes and room acoustics when determining how many microphone pods are actually required.
Logitech Rally Mic Pod 2 for Rally Board 65
Rally Mic Pod 2 is designed to extend the audio coverage of Rally Board 65.
It incorporates Logitech RightSound 2 audio processing and can be connected using category cabling, helping microphone coverage reach further into larger collaboration spaces.
Multiple units can be used in supported configurations where additional coverage is required, and installation options allow microphones to be incorporated into the table or ceiling depending on the room design.
This allows Rally Board 65 to extend beyond smaller collaboration spaces without relying entirely on the microphones integrated into the display.
When Professional Meeting Room Audio Is Better
Adding microphone pods has practical limits.
Long boardroom tables, high ceilings, large glass surfaces, hard finishes, divisible walls and noisy mechanical systems can make speech difficult to capture consistently.
In these rooms, GT can integrate the Logitech video conferencing system with professional ceiling or table microphones, digital signal processing and distributed loudspeakers.
This allows the audio system to be designed around the physical room rather than expecting a front-mounted video bar to solve every acoustic problem.
The complete signal path is then commissioned and tested from both the in-room and remote participant perspective.
Logitech Rally Board 65 – All-in-One Interactive Meeting Room
Logitech Rally Board 65 combines a 65-inch 4K interactive touchscreen, intelligent camera, microphones, loudspeakers, sensors and Logitech CollabOS within one integrated collaboration device.
This reduces the number of separate AV components required in the room and can create a clean, consistent user experience.
Rally Board 65 can suit meeting rooms, project rooms, collaboration spaces, flexible workplaces and satellite offices where video conferencing and interactive working need to operate together.
GT designs, supplies, installs and configures Rally Board 65 environments across the UK, Ireland and EMEA.
Intelligent Camera, Audio & Interactive Collaboration
Rally Board 65 incorporates Logitech RightSight 2 intelligent-camera technology and RightSound 2 audio processing.
The 65-inch 4K touchscreen supports interactive collaboration and can be used with compatible meeting-platform whiteboarding and collaboration experiences.
The system also includes an HDMI input, providing a wired route for connecting laptops and other content sources where required.
The camera can be positioned above or below the screen, allowing installation to be adapted around table height, seated or standing users and the physical layout of the room.
GT considers camera height, viewing distance, room lighting, table position and microphone coverage before deciding how the Board should be installed.
Wall, Stand or Mobile Cart Installation
Rally Board 65 can form part of several different room layouts.
A wall-mounted installation can create a clean permanent collaboration room.
A suitable floor or table stand can provide greater flexibility where the wall construction or room layout makes direct mounting less appropriate.
A compatible mobile cart can allow the system to be repositioned within flexible collaboration and project environments.
The best option should be selected around stability, accessibility, cable management, power, data and the way the space is actually used.
Dual-Display Logitech Rally Board 65 Meeting Rooms
Rally Board 65 can support a second display in compatible configurations.
This makes it possible to create a wider dual-screen collaboration environment rather than limiting the room to the integrated 65-inch display.
Dual displays can be particularly useful where users need to see presentation content and remote meeting participants at the same time.
For example, shared content may remain visible on one screen while participants or another meeting view occupy the second.
This can improve usability in larger meeting rooms where combining every element of the meeting onto a single display would make information unnecessarily small.
GT can design the complete dual-display Rally Board installation, including the second display size, viewing distance, mounting, content inputs, cable routes and meeting-platform configuration.
Logitech Rally Board 65 – Collaboration That Feels Natural
Rally Board 65 brings video meetings, content sharing and interactive collaboration into one simple system.
It suits meeting rooms, project spaces and flexible workplaces where teams need to present, discuss ideas and work together on shared content.
For IT teams, it also provides a consistent Logitech platform that can be standardised across multiple rooms and offices.
Logitech Extend vs Logitech Swytch – Which BYOD Solution Do You Need?
Logitech Extend and Logitech Swytch both allow users to bring their own laptop into a professional meeting room, but they are designed around different room architectures.
The correct product should therefore be chosen alongside the meeting-room compute design.

Logitech Extend for BYOD Meeting Rooms
Logitech Extend provides a single USB-C BYOD connection for compatible Android appliance and BYOD-based Logitech meeting rooms.
In an Android appliance room, Extend allows a user to connect their laptop and temporarily use the room’s professional Logitech camera, microphones, loudspeakers and display while running Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex or another conferencing application from their own device.
Extend can also be used in BYOD-only rooms with compatible Logitech conference cameras.
A table-side transmitter and front-of-room receiver are connected using standard category cabling, allowing the laptop connection to be positioned away from the display and room equipment. Cat5e or Cat6 can support runs up to 60 metres, while Cat6a can extend the connection up to 100 metres in supported installations.
No additional laptop drivers are required.
Optional USB-C power delivery of up to 100 W can also be added using a suitable USB-C power supply, allowing a compatible laptop to charge while connected.
For compatible CollabOS appliance and BYOD meeting rooms, Logitech Extend provides a clean way to bring laptop-based meetings into the room without relying on long direct USB cables.
Logitech Swytch for BYOD Meeting Rooms
Logitech Swytch adds flexible BYOD video conferencing to a compatible Logitech meeting room, allowing users to connect a laptop and access the room’s professional display, camera, microphones and loudspeakers through a single connection.
This makes it easier for employees and visitors to join Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex and other video meetings, even when the call is outside the room’s native platform.
Once the laptop is disconnected, the space can return to operating as a dedicated room system.
Logitech Room Booking, Occupancy & Workplace Management
Logitech meeting room technology can extend beyond video conferencing.
Room scheduling panels, occupancy sensors, device management and workplace software can help organisations understand how their meeting spaces are being used and make rooms easier for employees to find and book.
Logitech Room Booking & Workplace Management
Logitech's workplace ecosystem can extend beyond the meeting room into room booking, desk booking, occupancy monitoring and wider workplace management.
Logitech Tap Scheduler can provide room scheduling outside meeting spaces, while Logitech Spot can add presence and environmental information. Logitech workplace tools can also support desk booking and help organisations understand how rooms and shared workspaces are being used.
Combined with Logitech Sync and compatible workplace platforms, this creates a more connected environment:
Logitech Meeting Rooms → Room Booking → Desk Booking → Occupancy Data → Workplace Management → Workplace Analytics
GT can integrate Logitech meeting-room technology with room scheduling, desk booking, occupancy sensors and workplace management platforms across the UK, Ireland and EMEA.
Logitech Spot Presence & Environmental Sensor
Logitech Spot is a room presence and environmental sensor designed to provide additional workplace data through compatible Logitech services.
Occupancy information can help organisations understand whether booked meeting rooms are actually being used and can support workflows such as automatic room booking and release where the required services and configuration are in place.
Spot can also provide environmental information that can contribute to a wider understanding of workplace conditions.
The value comes from the data being used as part of a workplace strategy rather than simply installing another sensor in the room.
GT can incorporate Logitech Spot alongside meeting-room technology, scheduling panels and workplace-management requirements.
For workplaces requiring more detailed desk, room or floor-level utilisation information, Logitech Spot data can also form part of a wider occupancy strategy alongside dedicated workplace occupancy sensors.
Logitech Sync Device Management
Logitech Sync provides centralised management for supported Logitech meeting-room devices.
IT and AV teams can use Sync to monitor compatible equipment, review room status, manage settings and coordinate software or firmware updates.
Sync complements rather than replaces administration tools provided by the collaboration platform.
For example, a Logitech Microsoft Teams Room may be managed through both the relevant Microsoft environment and Logitech Sync because each platform provides visibility into different parts of the room system.
For multi-site organisations, consistent device naming, room standards, network design and management policies make remote support significantly easier.
GT can establish these standards during deployment rather than leaving each meeting room to evolve independently.
Room & Desk Booking
Logitech's workplace ecosystem can also support desk and room booking workflows.
Where these features are appropriate, meeting-room scheduling, occupancy data and desk-booking tools can form part of a wider workplace-management strategy rather than existing as isolated systems.
GT can integrate the AV element with the organisation's wider workplace and room-booking requirements.
Logitech Meeting Room & Presentation Accessories

GT Logitech Meeting Room Projects – London & Dublin
GT has practical experience designing and deploying Logitech meeting room systems for different workplace requirements, from flexible BYOD spaces to dedicated Microsoft Teams Rooms.
The Ministry Of Sound shared office, London – Logitech Rally Bar & BYOD Meeting Rooms
At The Ministry of Sound shared office in London, Gibb Technology deployed Logitech Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini video conferencing systems across a series of meeting spaces.
The rooms were designed to support laptop-based BYOD, allowing users to connect Windows PCs and Macs and use the professional Logitech camera and audio system instead of relying on the laptop's built-in devices.
The installation also incorporated Airtame digital signage.
When meeting rooms were not being used for video conferencing, the displays could return to digital signage content rather than remaining as unused black screens.
The project demonstrates how Logitech meeting room technology can form part of a wider workplace AV system, combining video conferencing, BYOD, displays, switching and digital signage.
Amundi Asset Management, Dublin – Logitech Microsoft Teams Room PoC
For Amundi Asset Management's Dublin office, Gibb Technology delivered a Microsoft Teams Room proof of concept for the main boardroom using Logitech meeting room technology.
The solution incorporated a Logitech Rally Bar, Logitech Sight centre-of-table camera, Logitech Swytch and two Rally Mic Pods, connected to a dedicated Windows-based Microsoft Teams Rooms PC.
Logitech Sight complemented the front-of-room Rally Bar by providing an additional centre-of-table camera perspective, helping create a more engaging view of participants seated around the boardroom table.
Two Rally Mic Pods extended microphone coverage along the table, while Logitech Swytch provided additional flexibility by allowing users to connect a laptop and use the room's professional camera, microphones, speakers and display for compatible meetings and applications.
The PoC allowed Amundi to evaluate a complete Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms solution in a real boardroom environment before determining the most appropriate approach for the wider workplace.
GT can design Logitech meeting rooms around Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows or Android, Zoom Rooms, BYOD and hybrid deployment models, selecting the appropriate cameras, microphones, controllers, displays and connectivity for each room.
