HAVE A REQUIREMENT?
TALK TO GT
Tell us what you are planning and we will help you select the right technology and turn it into a reliable, supportable workplace AV solution. From AV design and specification through supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing support, Gibb Technology provides one accountable route from requirement to delivery.
Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex & BYOD
Meeting rooms can be built around a dedicated collaboration platform or designed to provide greater flexibility through Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) connectivity.
GT designs solutions for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet and Cisco Webex, alongside wired and wireless BYOD systems that allow users and guests to connect their own devices.
We help determine the right room architecture, collaboration platform and AV hardware without introducing unnecessary complexity. The objective is simple: users should be able to enter the room, start a meeting, share content and collaborate without needing to understand the technology behind it.
Clear, intelligible audio is fundamental to every meeting.
q-sys divisible spaces & training rooms
As meeting spaces become larger or more flexible, the AV architecture may need to move beyond an integrated video bar. GT can design larger meeting rooms, training environments and divisible spaces using platforms such as Q-SYS, bringing professional audio, cameras, networked video, room control and automation together around the way the space needs to operate.
The appropriate architecture depends on the room. A repeatable RoomSuite environment may suit one application, while a more complex space may require a fully engineered Core-based Q-SYS system.
Displays Designed Around the Space
Display technology is selected according to room size, viewing distance, content requirements and the way the space will be used.
GT designs and supplies professional commercial displays, large-format screens, dual-display systems, interactive displays and direct-view LED solutions for meeting rooms and collaboration environments.
Displays can also form part of wider workplace digital signage, IPTV and corporate communications systems.
Design Your Meeting Room Before It Is Built with Modus VR
GT uses Modus VR as part of the meeting room AV design process to help clients visualise how a space could look and perform before installation begins.
Visualise the Complete Meeting Room
By creating an interactive 3D model of the room, GT can assess display sizes, viewing distances, camera positions, fields of view, table layouts, seating positions, microphones, loudspeakers and other AV elements within the actual room dimensions.
Optimise Camera Coverage and Display Positioning
For larger meeting rooms and boardrooms, Modus VR is particularly useful for exploring camera coverage, multi-camera layouts, display positioning and how the AV technology interacts with the furniture and architecture of the room.
Identify Design Issues Before Installation
Potential issues can be identified earlier, allowing GT and the client to compare equipment, layouts and alternative approaches before installation begins. This provides stakeholders with a much clearer understanding of the proposed meeting room than drawings and equipment lists alone.
Part of GT’s Meeting Room Design Process
Combined with site surveys, CAD drawings, schematics, AVIXA-based design principles and commissioning, Modus VR helps GT engineer meeting spaces around both technical performance and the people who will use them.
Designed, Installed, Commissioned & Supported
GT provides an end-to-end approach to workplace AV integration, from initial requirements and AVIXA-led design through equipment specification, procurement, installation and system commissioning.
Systems are tested and configured before handover to help ensure cameras, microphones, displays, collaboration platforms, control systems and networked AV components operate together as one complete solution.
For organisations with multiple offices, GT can develop standardised meeting room designs and technology standards that can be replicated across the UK, Ireland and EMEA, helping provide a consistent user experience while simplifying management and support.
Ongoing AV Support & Maintenance
The project does not have to end at handover. GT can provide ongoing AV support, preventative maintenance, remote management and SLA-based support to help maintain system performance and resolve issues throughout the lifecycle of the technology.
This gives organisations a clearer route from initial workplace AV design through deployment, operation and future expansion.

Meeting Room AV Solutions Engineered Around the Way You Work.
Gibb Technology designs and delivers meeting room AV and video conferencing systems for workplaces across the UK, Ireland and EMEA. From simple huddle spaces to boardrooms, training rooms and complex divisible environments, each system is engineered around the room, the users and how the technology needs to perform.
From Huddle Rooms to Complex Collaboration Spaces
Every meeting space has different technical requirements. GT designs and standardises huddle rooms, small and medium meeting rooms, boardrooms, training spaces, all-hands environments and divisible rooms, creating consistent experiences across individual offices or complete workplace estates.
Our AV design process considers:
Display size and viewing distances
Camera positioning and participant coverage
Microphone pickup and speech intelligibility
Loudspeaker positioning and audio coverage
Room acoustics and environmental conditions
AV and structured cable routes
Network, power and infrastructure requirements
Control and room automation
Content sharing and BYOD connectivity
The complete user journey from entering the room to starting a meeting
