Microsoft Teams Meeting Room AV | Galway
Gibb Technology modernised three meeting rooms at Corrib Oil’s Galway head office, including its main boardroom and two medium meeting spaces.
The workplace AV solution replaced legacy projector technology with modern commercial displays and Microsoft Teams Rooms, incorporating Neat video conferencing, BYOD connectivity, content sharing and room booking technology.
The larger boardroom uses a Neat Bar Pro, Neat Center and Neat Pad, while the medium meeting rooms use Neat Bar Generation 2 systems. Commercial Hisense displays were specified to improve content visibility, with room scheduling panels providing integration with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
The result is a consistent meeting room experience designed to make joining meetings, sharing content and collaborating with remote participants simple for users.

ZILO™ TECHNOLOGY
136” Direct-View LED & Corporate Media Wall | London
GT designed and delivered a bespoke corporate media wall and workplace AV solution for ZILO™ Technology’s Canary Wharf office in London.
At the centre of the solution is a 136-inch LG direct-view LED display, creating a large-format visual environment capable of supporting Microsoft Teams meetings, presentations, company communications and larger internal events.
The integrated AV system combines a Neat Bar Pro and Neat Pad with Shure Microflex neXt 2 wireless microphones, JBL professional audio, handheld and lapel microphones and dedicated presentation connectivity.
GT managed the project from design and equipment selection through to supply, installation, commissioning and handover, creating a flexible collaboration and presentation environment designed for both everyday meetings and larger corporate events.

THE KIA OVAL
Commercial Video Wall Installation | London
Gibb Technology was appointed to repair and upgrade a 3x3 55-inch commercial video wall at The Kia Oval in London after a damaged display and installation issues were identified within the existing system.
Following a detailed assessment, GT implemented a more robust mounting solution using Uni-strut and compliant pull-out video wall brackets, providing accurate display alignment while improving servicing access.
The displays were then reinstalled and recalibrated to deliver consistent alignment and colour matching across the completed video wall.
The project demonstrates GT’s ability to assess existing AV installations, identify engineering issues and deliver practical remediation alongside new commercial display and video wall installation projects.
