ZILO™ bespoke media wall case study
Gibb Technology designed and delivered a high-performance workplace AV solution for Zilo Technology’s Canary Wharf office, creating a flexible space capable of supporting Microsoft Teams meetings, presentations, company communications and larger internal events.
At the centre of the solution is a 136-inch LG direct-view LED display, providing a large-format visual experience with the brightness and impact required for both everyday collaboration and larger presentations.
Gibb Technology provided the media wall which includes a stage area for the presenter, a laptop stand built into the media wall, a Neat Pad designed into the media wall.
For video collaboration, GT integrated a Neat Bar Pro and Neat Pad, providing a simple and familiar Microsoft Teams Rooms experience. The system was complemented by Shure Microflex neXt 2 wireless microphones and a dedicated JBL audio system, improving speech intelligibility and providing additional flexibility when the space is used for presentations and events.
Handheld and lapel wireless microphones were also incorporated, allowing presenters to move naturally around the room while maintaining consistent audio coverage. A dedicated HDMI input gives users the option to connect external devices and present content directly to the system when required.
The completed solution gives Zilo a workplace technology environment that is simple to operate, visually impressive and flexible enough to support everything from day-to-day Teams meetings to presentations and company-wide events.
Gibb Technology managed the solution from design and equipment selection through to supply, installation, commissioning and handover, providing Zilo with a single accountable AV partner throughout the project.
