Corporate AV Installers for Dublin Workplaces

Corporate AV installation requires more than selecting a display and mounting a video bar.

Room dimensions, viewing distances, camera positions, microphone pickup, loudspeaker coverage, acoustics, furniture, connectivity, networking and the way people actually use the room all influence how successfully a workplace AV system performs.

GT designs and installs huddle rooms, small and medium meeting rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, executive boardrooms, training rooms, divisible spaces, client suites and workplace collaboration environments across Dublin.

For larger visual environments, GT can also deliver direct-view LED, fine-pitch LED, transparent LED, bespoke LED displays and commercial video walls for corporate receptions, boardrooms, presentation environments, brand spaces and other commercial applications.

GT can integrate digital signage, commercial displays, workplace communications, room booking, wireless collaboration, professional audio, AV control and wider workplace technology where the requirement extends beyond the meeting room itself.

Each project is designed around the physical space, the required functionality and the people who need to operate the technology.

The objective is simple: create AV systems that are easy to use, reliable by design and engineered to perform.

Microsoft Teams Rooms Installation in Dublin

GT designs and installs Microsoft Teams Rooms across Dublin, using both Android-based room appliances and Windows-based Teams Room architectures.

A smaller Dublin meeting room may only require an integrated collaboration bar, touch controller and commercial display.

Larger meeting rooms and boardrooms may require separate cameras, intelligent centre-of-room cameras, additional microphones, DSP, installed loudspeakers, multiple displays, USB-C connectivity and integrated AV control.

GT considers the complete environment before recommending the final architecture.

This can include Microsoft 365 room accounts, Teams Rooms licensing, networking, device management, camera coverage, microphone pickup, display configuration, BYOD requirements and the organisation's wider workplace technology standards.

The aim is not simply to install Teams-certified hardware.

It is to create a Microsoft Teams Room designed around the room.

Logitech Rally Bar Installation in Dublin

GT designs and installs Logitech meeting room systems across Dublin for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and flexible BYOD/BYOM environments.

Logitech systems can provide a repeatable meeting-room architecture for organisations standardising workplace technology across several room sizes or multiple office locations.

Where additional table coverage or more natural participant views are required, the design can incorporate compatible technologies such as Rally Mic Pods or Logitech Sight.

Logitech Tap, Tap IP, Sight, Extend & Swytch

The wider Logitech ecosystem allows meeting spaces to incorporate room control, centre-of-table camera coverage and laptop connectivity.

GT can design systems around Logitech Tap, Tap IP, Sight, Extend and Swytch, depending on whether the room uses an appliance, dedicated Windows compute or laptop-led BYOD/BYOM architecture.

The objective is to make the technology behind the meeting sophisticated where necessary while keeping the user experience as simple as possible.

Dublin Logitech Microsoft Teams Room Project — Amundi Asset Management

GT delivered a Microsoft Teams Room proof-of-concept for Amundi Asset Management in Dublin, creating a room designed around native Microsoft Teams collaboration while retaining flexible connectivity for users who needed to present or run meetings from their own laptop.

The room incorporated a Logitech Rally Bar, Logitech Sight, two Rally Mic Pods, dedicated Lenovo Windows Microsoft Teams Room compute, Logitech Swytch and dual front-of-room displays.

Rather than relying entirely on the front-of-room camera, Logitech Sight provided an additional centre-of-table camera perspective. This helped create more natural views of participants around the table while the Rally Bar maintained the primary front-of-room camera position.

The two Rally Mic Pods extended microphone coverage across the meeting table, helping ensure participants were captured consistently throughout the room.

Logitech Swytch added BYOD capability, allowing a user to connect their laptop and access the room's AV technology when a meeting needed to run outside the dedicated Microsoft Teams Room environment.

The project demonstrates GT's approach to meeting-room design in Dublin: the video bar is one component of the room rather than automatically being treated as the complete solution. Camera coverage, microphone pickup, displays, compute, connectivity and user workflow are considered together before the final architecture is agreed.

LED Display Installation in Dublin

GT designs and installs LED display systems across Dublin for corporate workplaces, boardrooms, reception environments, client suites, presentation areas, retail environments, hospitality spaces and other commercial applications.

Direct-view LED can create a large seamless visual surface where conventional LCD displays or projection technology cannot provide the required size, brightness, resolution or architectural integration.

The correct LED system should not be selected by screen size alone.

GT considers viewing distance, pixel pitch, screen dimensions, brightness, content type, ambient light, operating hours, structural requirements, mounting, power, ventilation, processing, service access and long-term maintenance before determining the appropriate display architecture.

Corporate LED Displays & LED Video Walls

Corporate LED displays can create large, seamless visual surfaces for reception areas, boardrooms, town halls, client presentation spaces, internal communications environments and executive offices.

GT can design corporate LED video walls in Dublin for reception branding, corporate communications, investor and client presentations, executive boardrooms, town halls, workplace showcases, experience centres, digital signage and large-format video conferencing.

The display can become part of the architecture rather than simply being mounted onto a wall.

Depending on the project, GT can design a conventional flat LED wall, feature display, curved screen, freestanding structure or a fully integrated architectural installation incorporating surrounding finishes, furniture and building services.

Bespoke LED Display Design

Bespoke LED displays allow the visual system to be designed around the architecture, brand environment and intended content rather than being restricted to a conventional rectangular display.

GT can coordinate custom LED installations incorporating non-standard dimensions, curved LED surfaces, unusual aspect ratios, feature walls, recessed installations, suspended displays, wraparound screens and freestanding LED structures.

LED can also be integrated into joinery, architectural finishes and custom mounting systems, with cabling, processing equipment and supporting infrastructure concealed wherever practical.

Service access must also be considered carefully so LED modules, power supplies and associated components can be maintained without unnecessarily disrupting surrounding architectural finishes.

Bespoke LED projects benefit from early coordination between the AV design, structural requirements, electrical supply, network and data infrastructure, lighting design, interior design and wider construction programme.

Transparent LED Displays

Transparent LED displays can provide dynamic digital content while allowing daylight, views or architectural features behind the display to remain visible.

This makes the technology particularly interesting for glass reception areas, retail windows, corporate lobbies, showrooms, experience centres, atriums, feature partitions and commercial property environments where a conventional solid display could obstruct the space.

GT can assess transparency, viewing distance, brightness, content requirements, mounting, power, ventilation, structural loading and service access before recommending a suitable transparent LED architecture.

Transparent LED is not appropriate for every environment.

The design needs to consider what will be visible behind the screen, the level of ambient light, viewing angles, content contrast and the visual impact required. Content designed for a conventional display may also need to be adapted specifically for a transparent LED surface.

Fine-Pitch LED for Boardrooms & Executive Spaces

Fine-pitch LED can provide a high-resolution, seamless display surface for boardrooms, executive meeting rooms, presentation suites, command environments and immersive collaboration spaces.

Where viewing distances are relatively short, selecting the correct pixel pitch becomes particularly important because participants may be sitting only a few metres from the display.

GT can integrate fine-pitch LED into Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms alongside professional cameras, Shure microphone systems, Q-SYS or Biamp DSP platforms, wireless presentation technology, room control and multiple presentation sources.

This allows the LED wall to operate as part of the complete meeting-room system rather than as an independent display.

The same screen can potentially support video conferencing, presentations, data visualisation, corporate communications, digital signage and multiple simultaneous content sources depending on the room requirements and video-processing architecture.

LED Processing, Content & Control

An LED display is only one component of the wider visual system.

GT can integrate LED installations with video processors, matrix switching, signal distribution, media players, digital signage platforms, wireless presentation systems, room control and content-management platforms.

More complex LED environments may require several content sources to appear simultaneously, custom screen resolutions, unusual aspect ratios, image scaling or different layouts depending on how the space is being used.

Depending on the technical requirements, the wider solution may incorporate technologies from Brompton, NovaStar, Colorlight, Barco, Analog Way, Extron, Crestron, Q-SYS, BrightSign, Tripleplay, Appspace, Signagelive or other appropriate professional AV platforms.

The objective is to create an LED system where the display, processing, control and content architecture work together as one reliable and manageable solution.

GT installs commercial displays, LCD video walls, direct-view LED and digital signage systems across Dublin.

Commercial displays can be used across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, reception areas, corporate communications environments, client areas and general workplace applications.

Display selection considers more than diagonal screen size.

Viewing distance, image dimensions, ambient light, daily operating hours, mounting, orientation, source devices, service access and the type of content displayed can all affect the final specification.

For larger applications, GT can design LCD video walls and direct-view LED where a conventional single display cannot provide the required visual impact or image dimensions.

Digital signage can provide reception messaging, internal communications, wayfinding, workplace information, room availability, company news, live data and other centrally managed content.

GT can integrate displays with professional media players and content-management platforms to create signage environments that can be managed locally or across multiple offices.

Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex, Google Meet & BYOD in Dublin

Dublin organisations do not all collaborate using the same meeting platform.

GT designs meeting spaces around Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, Google Meet and suitable BYOD/BYOM environments.

A room can be standardised around the organisation's primary collaboration platform while still providing an appropriate route for employees or visitors who need to join meetings from another service.

For example, an organisation using Microsoft Teams as its standard platform may deploy native Teams Rooms while providing USB-C or another suitable BYOD connection for external meetings where required.

GT can design meeting environments using Logitech, Neat, Yealink, Cisco and other professional AV technologies, selected according to the collaboration platform, physical room, camera requirements, audio performance, device management and intended user workflow.

The objective is to create a meeting space that users understand immediately.

Professional Meeting Room Audio & DSP in Dublin

Video conferencing depends as much on audio quality as camera performance.

GT designs professional meeting-room audio systems across Dublin around the room dimensions, table arrangement, ceiling height, acoustics, participant positions and required collaboration workflow.

Systems can incorporate beamforming microphones, wireless microphones, DSP, acoustic echo cancellation, automixing, professional amplification and ceiling or surface-mounted loudspeakers.

Larger spaces may require networked audio, multiple loudspeaker zones, additional microphones, voice lift or a more advanced audio architecture.

GT works across professional audio technologies including Shure, Q-SYS, Biamp, Sennheiser, Yamaha, Audio-Technica and JBL, selecting the platform around the technical requirement rather than forcing every space into the same manufacturer ecosystem.

Professional audio is particularly important in executive boardrooms, long meeting rooms, training spaces and environments where participants are positioned beyond the effective coverage of a conventional front-of-room video bar.

Q-SYS Audio, Video & Control Systems in Dublin

GT can design and integrate Q-SYS systems for corporate meeting rooms, boardrooms and workplace AV projects across Dublin and the wider Irish market.

Rather than operating only as an audio DSP, Q-SYS can bring audio processing, video distribution, cameras, AV control and room automation into a common architecture. This can be especially useful in executive boardrooms, training environments, divisible meeting rooms and larger collaboration spaces where microphones, cameras, displays and presentation sources need to work together as one coordinated system.

Depending on the space, GT can design around Q-SYS RoomSuite or develop a more extensively engineered Core-based Q-SYS environment incorporating networked audio and video, intelligent camera automation and wider room control. Dublin projects can also form part of consistent Q-SYS and workplace AV standards deployed across Belfast, Cork, Galway, London and wider EMEA locations.

GT designs and installs Shure meeting-room audio systems across Dublin and Leinster for Microsoft Teams Rooms, executive boardrooms, training environments and larger workplace collaboration spaces.

Solutions can range from an MXA ceiling microphone and IntelliMix DSP for a boardroom to wireless handheld and lapel microphones for training and all-hands spaces. GT can also develop repeatable Shure audio standards for organisations operating multiple offices across Ireland, the UK and EMEA.

Wireless Presentation, BYOD & BYOM in Dublin

Not every meeting begins inside the organisation's standard collaboration platform.

Employees, customers and external visitors may need to present content or run a meeting directly from their own laptop.

GT integrates wired and wireless presentation, BYOD and BYOM systems into Dublin meeting rooms, boardrooms and collaboration environments.

Solutions can incorporate technologies such as Barco ClickShare, Airtame, Mersive Solstice, Crestron AirMedia, Kindermann Klick&Show, Logitech Extend and Logitech Swytch, alongside professional USB-C and HDMI connectivity.

The design can allow a laptop to access the room display, camera, microphones and loudspeakers while keeping the connection presented to the user as simple as possible.

USB and USB-C distance, laptop charging, cable routing, device compatibility and the location of the room AV equipment all need to be considered when the connection point is positioned away from the display.

Digital Signage & Workplace Communications in Dublin

GT designs and installs digital signage and workplace communication systems across Dublin.

Systems can support reception messaging, corporate communications, brand content, wayfinding, room availability, visitor information, campaign content, live data and other workplace information.

A signage environment can incorporate commercial displays, LED, professional media players, content-management platforms, network connectivity and remote management.

For organisations operating several offices across Ireland, the UK or EMEA, signage can also be designed around a centralised content strategy so information can be distributed consistently across multiple locations.

GT works with appropriate professional signage technologies and content platforms according to the operational requirement.

Meeting Room Booking Systems in Dublin

GT can integrate meeting room booking systems across Dublin offices and wider workplace environments.

Room scheduling panels can connect with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook or Google Workspace, allowing employees to view availability, reserve rooms and confirm attendance. Compatible check-in and room-release workflows can also return unused spaces to availability when meetings do not take place.

Workplace Management Software in Dublin

GT can help Dublin organisations connect workplace management software with desk booking, meeting rooms, workplace maps, employee applications and space analytics.

Platforms can make it easier for employees to find and reserve suitable spaces while giving workplace teams a clearer view of demand. Solutions can support an individual Dublin office or form part of a common workplace standard across Ireland, the UK and EMEA.

Workplace Occupancy Sensors in Dublin

Workplace occupancy sensors provide evidence of how desks, meeting rooms and collaboration areas are being used.

By comparing actual occupancy with room and desk reservations, Dublin organisations can identify no-shows, underused spaces and periods of peak demand. This information can support better decisions about room types, workplace layouts and future property requirement.

Planning AV Installation in Dublin Buildings

Delivering AV into an occupied Dublin workplace or new office fit-out requires coordination with more than the technology itself.

Projects can depend on building access, loading arrangements, parking, goods lifts, security requirements, contractor inductions, permitted working hours and coordination with building management.

Room readiness is equally important.

Power, network connectivity, data outlets, containment, furniture, wall construction, display mounting positions and equipment locations may need to be completed before AV installation and commissioning can proceed.

GT works with clients, IT teams, consultants, project managers, fit-out contractors, electrical contractors, furniture suppliers, interior designers and other project stakeholders to identify these dependencies before they affect the installation programme.

For larger LED and display projects, structural loading, mounting, heat management, power, service access and protection of the finished display can also form part of the planning process.

Survey & Requirements

Confirm the rooms, technology requirements, existing infrastructure, programme and user experience.

For LED projects, this can also include viewing distance, screen dimensions, pixel pitch, brightness, structural requirements, service access and content sources.

AV Design & Coordination

Once the requirements are understood, GT can develop the AV architecture, equipment specification and supporting infrastructure requirements.

For larger projects this can include AV schematics, signal flow, CAD drawings, equipment layouts, cable requirements and installation information.

The AV design can then be coordinated with the wider IT, electrical, furniture and fit-out programme.
